Your item is usually shipped the next day- no later than three days.
Refunds & Returns:
Returns are accepted only after contacting us within 7 days of receipt of the item(s) and letting us know there is a problem. The returned item(s) must be shipped back to us with confirmation, and a RMA# which is supplied by us. There is a 10% restocking fee on all items returned. If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped there is a 6% restocking fee to cover credit card transaction fees. All returns must be in the original condition that we sent them to you, ie., price tags still intact, items still in original packaging. We will not accept a return that does not meet this criteria, this is for the safety of us as well as you. All of our items are NEW, therefore we do not expect any defects. In the circumstance that there is a problem, we will more than gladly do what is needed to make you happy. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority!

Q: When will I know when my order ships?
A: You will receive an email letting you know when order ships as well as the tracking number for the item.
Q: Why is there no information coming up when I put my tracking number into the USPS website?
A: The US Postal system does not always update the information online until the package is delivered.
Q: When should I expect my package to arrive?
A: Item arrival date is based on the shipping method used. If you are unsure of the shipping method used to ship your order please contact us! Almost all of our standard delivery items are mailled USPS first class mail.
